We recently completed a new website for our clients (and neighbours here at Aske) iD Consultants Limited. www.id-gsc.co.uk IDC WebsiteOur brief was to create a fresh and modern replacement for the previous website which was showing it's age and was no longer felt to adequately represent the company. Working closely with Joanne Hesketh (Dir) we developed a style which fitted the modern, clean and fresh look they were looking for. The layout of the site is quite straightforward, reflecting the three companies which form the business (Geoenvironmental, Structural Engineering and Structural Engineering). We launched the new website for local company Yorkshire Independent Building Supplies (YIBS) over the Christmas period. YIBSYIBS are located at two sites in the region (Brompton-on-Swale & Leeming Bar) and serve both local tradesman and retail customers. They carry a large stock of items (Building, Landscaping, Plumbing & Heating, Timber / Panels, Tools & DIY, Workwear, Bathrooms, Fireplaces, Stoves & Fuel). YIBS reputation and business is built on their strong relationship with their customers and the personal service they are able to provide. To reflect this YIBS required a new modern website to replace the old site. Our brief was to provide a site which was both comprehensive and rich in information whilst being easy to navigate with strong visuals and use of photos of the two stores and showrooms....

Phil Upton met with CareCapital yesterday at their offices in Baker Street, London. We reached an agreement to take on support for their current website and more excitingly developing a new site for them. We find this situation with a number of clients - where an existing website is no longer fit for purpose or the original provider can no longer provide adequate or cost effective support. In such a case companies need to consider when and how to transition to a new website, including concerns such as: Current and future business requirements are we doing all we can and should be with our web presence? is the website servicing all aspects of our business? are there opportunities to improve our services to customers, partners and suppliers? changes in the pipeline... what will we need in the next few years? Technology - what's the appropriate technology to use to deliver our...

One of the latest web projects completed by us has gone live today. The new Fillcrete website (www.fillcrete.com) was designed to replace the older all flash site which users were finding hard to navigate through.

Purple was engaged, by the Kent based business, to come up with a design more in keeping with the Companies actual business activities and product range.

The new site is crisp and clear adopting Fillcrete's branding and much easier to navigate to the various sections.
