We launched the new website for local company Yorkshire Independent Building Supplies (YIBS) over the Christmas period.

YIBS are located at two sites in the region (Brompton-on-Swale & Leeming Bar) and serve both local tradesman and retail customers. They carry a large stock of items (Building, Landscaping, Plumbing & Heating, Timber / Panels, Tools & DIY, Workwear, Bathrooms, Fireplaces, Stoves & Fuel).

YIBS reputation and business is built on their strong relationship with their customers and the personal service they are able to provide. To reflect this YIBS required a new modern website to replace the old site.

Our brief was to provide a site which was both comprehensive and rich in information whilst being easy to navigate with strong visuals and use of photos of the two stores and showrooms.

PCS worked closely with YIBS staff to select the design (look and feel, layout) of the website and create the text copy for the pages which was then combined with photographs we took of the two sites to create a custom website for YIBS.

The YIBS team commented: 

“We were aware that our old website was no longer representing our business and required updating. PCS gave us the advice and guidance we needed and then worked closely with our staff to help us create a new website which met our new requirements and that we can be proud of.”
