All new deployments, rebuilds, and modifications of Virtual Servers are being queued and will be delayed. Reboots of Virtual Servers are not currently available. If your server requires a reboot at this time please contact support for assistance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Deployment activity on Virtual Servers has been temporarily suspended while emergency maintenance is completed on the Provisioning service. If you require a Virtual Server to be rebooted during this time, please contact Support for assistance. Should you require an urgent update, rebuild, or modification to be performed during this time, please contact Support for further advice.
